We offer training for Income Officers to help them manage their caseloads and for managers to ensure they get the best outcomes from case management reviews and monthly one-to-ones.  TRIC will share proven ways of working regarding negotiating the best possible repayment plan for the resident and the organisation.  We provide practical and fun briefings regarding the implications of the Welfare Reforms.
