About Us

TRIC work in partnership with businesses to provide a range of income collection management services for housing organisations in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Each organisation will have individual requirements ranging from a few days consultancy to provide a high level independent report, to requiring short to medium-term management of additional staff resources brought in to recover income collection through a targeted action plan.

TRIC provides high quality income collection consultancy, interim placements and income collection training.  We work with stock of all tenancy types from hostels to secure tenancies.

Our Experience

All work is overseen by our head consultant, Duncan Brown, who has over 19 years experience in housing. This includes turning around income collection performance at two large social housing organisations, incorporating leading on, devising and implementing strategy to mitigate against risks from the Welfare Reforms.
